Heat in Every Form It Takes.

Intimate residential cabins or high-capacity commercial environments, Prestige Wellness designs and supplies sauna environments built around architecture, intensity of use, and the experience you want to create.

A wood-lined sauna with slatted benches, a stone heater and warm cove lighting.

The sauna is one of the most enduring wellness practices in the world.

Used across generations and civilizations, finding its embodiment in Finnish sauna, the Japanese Sento, and the Roman baths, starting from ancient thermal traditions. What has changed is the precision with which it can now be designed, specified, and delivered.

Prestige Wellness works with homeowners, architects, interior designers, hotel operators, and developers to specify and supply sauna environments at every scale. We offer a single residential cabin as well as a multi-room commercial sauna floor. Every project begins with understanding the space, the experience, and the people it will serve.

Sauna Environments We Create

  • Finnish Sauna

The original. High dry heat, low humidity, birch-scented steam from water poured over heated stones. The Finnish sauna remains the benchmark of the thermal experience, enduring and deeply restorative.

  • Bio Sauna

A gentler heat environment with higher humidity than a traditional Finnish sauna, designed for guests who want the restorative benefits of heat without the intensity. Ideal in hotel spas and wellness clubs where the sauna needs to be accessible to the widest possible range of guests.

  • Infrared Sauna

Targeted deep heat delivered through infrared panels, penetrating the body directly at lower ambient temperatures. Popular for recovery, circulation, and skin wellness in residential and commercial settings.

  • Hybrid Sauna

Finnish and infrared combined in a single environment, offering guests the choice of traditional steam heat, pure infrared, or both simultaneously. The most versatile sauna configuration for high-end residential and hospitality projects.

  • Mediterranean Sauna

A warm, aromatic environment drawing on the traditions of southern European thermal culture with lower temperatures, higher humidity, and an emphasis on scent, steam, and sensory calm. A distinctive addition to any hydrothermal sequence.

  • Banya

The Russian and Eastern European tradition of intense steam heat, typically combined with vigorous treatment using “venik” bundles. A banya environment requires specific spatial and technical configuration, and creates one of the most powerful thermal experiences available.

  • Aufguss & Event Sauna

A sauna environment designed for the ritual of Aufguss, which is the ceremonial pouring of infused water over heated stones, accompanied by towel waving and aromatherapy. Increasingly popular in high-end bathhouses and wellness clubs as a live, performative wellness experience.

  • Custom Sauna

For projects where no defined configuration fits, Prestige Wellness develops fully custom sauna environments around the specific architecture, materials, and experience intent of each project. Any dimension, any finish, indoor or outdoor.
