Responsibility From Start to Finish
A wellness environment involves multiple suppliers, multiple trades, and a level of technical coordination that most general contractors are not equipped to manage. When that coordination is left unmanaged, the consequences show up on site in sequencing errors, in equipment that arrives before the structural conditions are ready, in systems that are installed but never properly commissioned.
Prestige Wellness takes responsibility for managing the delivery of wellness environments as a complete scope. We coordinate every element of the wellness package so the project team has a single point of contact and the client has a single point of accountability.
What We Manage

Procurement & Supply Chain
End-to-end management of equipment procurement, lead times, logistics, and delivery scheduling, coordinated with the construction program to ensure equipment arrives when the site is ready to receive it.

Supplier & Trade Coordination
Management of specialist subcontractors and suppliers across the wellness scope, including sauna manufacturers, steam system suppliers, pool contractors, tile and stone specialists, controls installers, and fit-out trades.

Program Management
Monitoring and reporting on the wellness scope against the construction program, identifying risks early, managing changes, and keeping the delivery on track through to practical completion.

Site Supervision
On-site supervision of wellness environment installation, ensuring that every element is installed in accordance with the design intent, the technical specification, and the manufacturer’s requirements.

Documentation & Handover
Preparation of operation and maintenance documentation, equipment warranties, commissioning records, and handover packages, so the client and operator have everything they need to run the environment from the beginning.
